Nevada Commercial Energy Audit Program

Are your utility bills high for the size and type of business you operate? Would you like to know how you can increase the energy efficiency of your facilities and equipment and lower your energy usage? Are you a Southwest Gas commercial or industrial customer in Nevada?

If you answered "Yes" to these questions, the commercial energy audit incentive we're currently offering can help you make Smarter. Greener. Better. energy choices for your business.

Our energy audit program is Smarter because increased efficiency leads to higher production and less product waste; Greener because by reducing your business' energy usage, you, in turn, reduce your energy costs. You can keep a little green for you, and make our environment greener, too; and Better because you'll learn the steps you need to take to improve, replace, or tune-up your existing facilities and equipment.

An Energy Audit might be right for your business if you have one or more of the following:

  • A facility that is more than 10 years old
  • Single-pane windows
  • Equipment that is in need of a tune-up
  • Equipment that needs to be replaced
  • No existing energy manager or energy plan for your facility
