Strawberry Cake

1 pkg. white cake mix
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 small pkg. strawberry Jello
3 T. flour
5 oz. thawed strawberries

Add all ingredients except strawberries and mix for 2 minutes. Add strawberries and mix 1 minute. Bake at 350° in a 9x13" greased and floured cake pan for 30-35 minutes.

 

Strawberry Frosting

1 stick butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 t. salt
5 oz. thawed strawberries

Cream butter and add sugar a little at a time. Add salt and strawberries. (Add strawberries slowly, you may not need all of them.)
