Death by Choclate

1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 box chocolate cake mix

12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1-3/4 c. milk
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased (or put waxed paper on the bottom) 9x13" cake pan. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until done (toothpick test).

Note: If you use regular instead of instant pudding, the chips will sink to the bottom—not necessarily a bad thing.
