Soda Cookies

35-40 saltine or soda crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1-1/2 pkg. milk chocolate chips

Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray foil with cooking spray. Lay crackers side by side on the foil. Mix butter and brown sugar in saucepan and boil for 3 minutes. Pour mixture over crackers and bake for 5 minutes in oven at 350°. Remove from oven and immediately put chocolate chips on top. When chocolate melts, spread like frosting. Refrigerate until hardened. Turn over in pan and cut into squares or break into bark.
