Berry Cobbler
Defrost:
12 oz. bag of frozen mixed berries (or any other fruit)
Mix with fork until crumbly:
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
3/4 t. baking soda
3/4 t. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten |
Reserve for topping:
1/3 c. melted butter
Mix: 2 T. sugar and 1 t. cinnamon |
Spray an 8" square pan with non-stick spray and place fruit in pan.
Pour mixture over fruit. Pour 1/3 c. melted butter over top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar topping. Bake in oven at 350° for
30 minutes.
