Quickie Cheesecakes

2 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. lemon juice
1 t. vanilla
18 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat above ingredients until well mixed.

Put 1 vanilla wafer flat side down in the bottom of 18 foil cupcake papers and place them into a muffin tin. Add cream cheese mixture to top of each vanilla wafer. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

When cool, evenly divide cherry pie filling on top of each cupcake and refrigerate until ready to serve.
