Chocolate Fudge

3 – 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3 c. chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, your choice)
1 stick butter
2 T. vanilla

Mix above ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.

4-1/2 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk

Cook above ingredients to a rolling ball consistency (see note), constantly stirring over medium heat.

Pour over other ingredients. Stir until the marshmallows have completely melted. Pour well-mixed ingredients in a slightly greased 12x17" pan.

Let cool and then cut and eat.

Note: To determine rolling ball consistency, drip a drop of thoroughly heated ingredients into a cold glass of water. If mixture turns into a ball, itís ready.
