SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE
1 cup butter
For batter: cream butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Add dry ingredients and chips, mix well. Pour half of the batter into a 10-inch greased and floured pan.
Mix topping ingredients together. Add half of the topping
mixture into pan. Add remaining batter. Then top with remaining topping
mixture. Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 50-55 minutes.
