Chef Rudi was born and raised in Germany. His father
owned a bakery in Frankfert am Main, Germany, and introduced Rudi
into the wonderful field of baking as a child. Chef Rudi received
all his schooling in Germany. Currently he is a Pastry Chef Instructor
in the Culinary Arts Department of Resorts and Gaming at the Community
College of Southern Nevada. He enjoys cooking with natural gas because
you have instant heat and the flame can be adjusted to your needs.
The natural gas flame reminds Chef Rudi of the old baking ovens
his father used.
