If you or someone you know is a Southwest Gas customer and are facing a hardship or crisis you may be able to get help with your natural gas bill. A hardship or crisis is defined as:
- Those at risk of endangering their health by not utilizing necessary appliances, such as furnaces and water heaters
- A sudden loss of income
- An unexpected expense that results in the inability to pay, such as a medical expense
