Equal Payment Plan (EPP)

Equal Payment Plan (EPP) is a convenient program for residential customers that distributes annual gas costs into estimated equal monthly payments. The program assists customers on a fixed income and those who want to budget monthly expenses. There is no obligation to enroll and the plan can be canceled at any time.

Equal Payment Plan (EPP) offers a fixed amount that is determined by the estimated annual gas usage of your home divided in 12 equal monthly payments. Every quarter (3, 6, and 9 months) your gas account is reviewed and the EPP amount may be adjusted. The gas bill will continue to show the exact utility charge(s) and the normal amount due. The “EPP” amount will display in the “Please Pay Amount Due” section on your bill.

You can enroll online at swgas.com by simply logging into your MyAccount and selecting Equal Payment Plan under Payment Options. You may enroll at any time during the year with a current gas bill.
