Decoupling and Delivery Charge Adjustment Provision (DCA)

The DCA specifies the accounting procedures and rate setting adjustments necessary to assure the Utility neither over-recovers, nor under-recovers, the margin-per-customer amounts authorized in its most recent general rate case proceeding.

2016 Arizona Base Rate Adjustment Request


As part of our continuing investment in Arizona, we recently filed a base rate adjustment request, the first in five years, with the Arizona Corporation Commission.
