Graham County Utilities Acquisition
On April 23, 2021, Graham County Utilities, Inc. (GCU) and Southwest Gas Corporation (SWG) filed a joint application with the Arizona Corporation Commission for approval to transfer assets of GCU to SWG and to extend SWG’s Certificate of Convenience and Necessity. On June 1, 2021, Southwest Gas filed an application with the Arizona Corporation Commission requesting approval of an Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Resource Technology Portfolio Implementation Plan for Program Years 2022-2023, which was designed in accordance with the Gas Utility Energy Efficiency Standards set forth in Sections R14-2-2501 through R14-2-2520 of the Arizona Administrative Code.
2021 Arizona Base Rate Adjustment Request
