Whether you own or rent your residence, this program can assist you with money-saving home improvements to increase the energy efficiency of your home. Energy-saving measures are available to income-qualified customers, at no cost.
 
Examples of energy-saving measures are caulking, insulation, weather-stripping, ductwork repairs and window repairs.
 
Southwest Gas is proud to work with the following contractors for the ESA Program:
  • Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County
  • Project GO Inc.
  • Residential Weatherization
  • TELACU Weatherization
  • Quality Conservation Services

California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE)
